What started as one massage table in a garage and a slightly unreasonable amount of determination has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined. In less than a year, The Knotty Body went from a one-woman operation to a thriving storefront powered by a team of talented, passionate women who believe in helping people feel better in their bodies—and their lives.
We are proudly military family-owned, founded, and operated.
Around here, massage is more than sore muscles and stress relief. It's connection. It's compassion. It's creating a space where people feel seen, heard, cared for, and occasionally roasted with dark humor while getting their knots worked out.
Our mission has always been bigger than massage.
Through our Massage Meets Mission initiative, we use our business as a way to give back to the communities that support us. From fundraisers and community events to our Candles for K9s program, a portion of candle sales helps support animal rescues and veteran-focused organizations, including groups like K9s For Warriors.
Because success means a little more when you bring others with you.
Whether you're here for deep tissue work, relaxation, recovery, self-care, or simply an hour where nobody needs anything from you, we're honored to be part of your journey.
